Anyone who specifies, builds, wires or manages glass for a living in Dallas–Fort Worth: custom home builders, general contractors, remodelers, interior designers, architects, electricians, AV and smart-home integrators, glass companies, property managers and commercial real estate brokers. There is no fee and no volume minimum to start.
Trade partners get a dedicated price list on every product we install, from switchable smart film and frosted privacy film to XPEL and 3M solar and security films, plus volume pricing on multi-unit and multi-room projects. Pricing is written per square foot so you can carry it straight into your own proposal.
Yes. Send window schedules, elevations or a plan set and we will return a square-foot quote by film type, usually within a few business days. We can also flag early which panes need power for smart film so the electrician can rough in a transformer location before drywall.
Either way. Some builders and designers sell window film as part of their package and have us install quietly as a sub. Others prefer we quote the homeowner or tenant directly and credit the referral. Tell us which fits your business.
Each switching zone needs a low-voltage transformer on a standard 120V circuit, usually in a closet, cabinet or above the ceiling, with a low-voltage run to the glass and a switch, remote or dry-contact trigger from the room controller. We provide a one-page rough-in spec so your electrician can plan it like any other low-voltage device.
Yes. We bring working smart film samples, frosted and decorative swatches and solar film demo kits to your office, showroom or job site, and we host lunch-and-learns for design and construction teams on request.
The manufacturer warranty on the film (lifetime residential coverage on XPEL and 3M solar films, manufacturer terms on smart film) plus our own warranty on the installation. Everything is written into the proposal, and the warranty follows the homeowner or tenant, not the partner.
